Refund & Return Policy

At Everkeep Gifts, every item is personalized and made to order especially for you. Because each product is custom-made to your details and cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or for personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, photos, and other customization details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We want you to love your gift. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at service@everkeepgifts.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review it and make it right — by remaking or replacing the item, or issuing a refund where appropriate — at no extra cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

EU consumers — 14-day cooling-off period

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to a consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. As all of our products are custom-made and personalized, they fall under this exemption and are not eligible for the standard 14-day cooling-off return. This exemption does not affect your legal rights regarding items that arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, which are always covered (see "Damaged, defective, or incorrect items" above).

Refunds

Where a refund is approved — for example, for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item — we'll let you know once we've reviewed the issue. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at service@everkeepgifts.com.
