Personalization
What does “personalized” mean?
Almost everything we sell is made to order and customised with your details — names, dates, a short message, or your own photo, depending on the product. That's what makes each gift one of a kind.
What details do I need to provide?
Each product page has its own personalization fields. You simply add your text, and upload a photo where relevant, before adding the item to your cart. Only the fields shown for that product are needed.
Can I preview my personalization before ordering?
Many of our products show a live preview that updates as you type, so you can see roughly how your gift will look. Please still read your entries carefully — the preview is a guide, and we produce your item exactly as the details are entered.
I entered the wrong details or made a typo. Can it be changed?
Contact us at service@everkeepgifts.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll always try to help, but because items are made to order we can only make changes if production hasn't started yet. Please double-check spelling, names, and dates before you order.
Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your product, add your personalization details, add it to your cart, and check out. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay using any of the payment options displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. As above, once we've begun personalizing your item we're no longer able to change or cancel it.
Shipping & delivery
How long will my order take?
Your order is made before it ships, so the total time is production time plus delivery time. Estimated times are shown on the product page and at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Austria and to the destinations shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier or, for some destinations, customs processing.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a personalized item?
Because every item is custom-made to your details, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or for personalization details entered incorrectly. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll put it right — see our Refund policy for full details.
