How Personalization Works
Every Everkeep Gifts order is made to order, just for you. Here's how it works from start to finish.
Step by step
- Choose your product. Browse our collections and pick the gift you'd like to personalize.
- Add your details. On the product page, fill in the personalization fields — names, dates, a message, or a photo upload, depending on the item.
- Review your preview. Where a live preview is available, check that everything looks right. Read your text carefully — we create your item exactly as entered.
- Add to cart and check out. Complete your order and you'll receive a confirmation by email.
- We make it. Your personalized item is produced especially for you.
- We ship it. Once it's ready, your order is dispatched and on its way to you.
Getting your personalization right
Because each item is custom-made, the details you enter are exactly what we produce. Before you order, please double-check:
- The spelling of names and words
- Dates and numbers
- Capitalisation, exactly as you'd like it to appear
If something isn't right after ordering, email service@everkeepgifts.com straight away — we can only make changes before production begins.
Uploading photos
For photo gifts, clear and high-resolution images give the best results. Choose a well-lit photo that isn't blurry or heavily filtered. If an uploaded photo isn't suitable for printing, we'll get in touch before we make your order.
How long does it take?
Production time depends on the product and is shown on each product page, alongside estimated delivery times. Your total wait is production time plus shipping.
